*assists children with chronic diseases such as cerebral palsy &
epilepsy.
HIV/AIDS is an epidemic in Tanzania. In our village we
witness the sickness and death of our young people from
HIV/AIDS almost on a daily basis. It is calculated that
over 8.8% of Tanzanians are infected with HIV/AIDS.
VEMA
provides HIV/AIDS education in a behavioral change
program.
